805 Lacrosse Team Picture Day Scheduled for April 29th

805 Lacrosse will be hosting team photo day on April 29th. All players registered in the boys and girls rec league and on the high school team will receive one individual and one team photo. Additional photos can be ordered through CCSP (link to the form included below).

PHOTO SCHEDULE

Girls Team - 9:30 a.m.
Boys 10U Team - 10:00 a.m.
Boys 12U San Luis Obispo Team - 10:45 a.m.
Boys 12U North County Team - 11:00 a.m.
Boys 12U Arroyo Grande Team - 11:15 a.m.
Boys 14U SLO Team - 11:30 a.m.
Boys 14U North County Team - 11:45 a.m.
High School Team - Noon

If you would like additional photos in addition to the ones that the league is providing (one individual and one team photo), please complete the form attached below and bring the completed form and your payment (check) with you on April 29th. Any questions regarding the various photo options or payment will need to be directed to CCSP Photography.
